Please see ‘Service Providers’ for a list of third-party affiliates we use for our website operations.
The Type of Information and Data We Collect
We do not collect your personal information, such as names and mailing or email addresses, unless you knowingly provide it when subscribing to our email newsletter, e-blasts or other e-marketing. For a better experience while using our website, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you, in email use only, and only if you deliberately enter the information in our ’email sign-up’ or ‘newsletter’ forms.
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Database hosting for images, artists’ inventory and payment archiving
Website template management system and proxy for email collection for our newsletter, e-blasts or other in-house directed internet marketing
Management and collection of Log Data, to help analyze the visitors/traffic on the website
Used by our staff for direct email communication, to our clients, subscribers, or otherwise specific guests of the gallery and the artists represented by the gallery. Messages collected on the website are forwarded to gmail, and the email is stored on our email aggregators.
(a) We respect your right to exclusive ownership of your Data. We do not use or display any of your Subscriber Data, and would not do so without the Subscriber’s written consent. Unless specifically permitted by you, your subscription (or sign up for our newsletter or e-blasts) does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute your Data, created by you, for our commercial, marketing or similar purposes (outside of our normal email, newsletter, or e-blasts procedures). The Subscriber expressly grants us the right to use and analyze aggregate system-activity data associated CrisWorley.com (Cris Worley Fine Arts LLC.). for the purposes of optimizing, improving or enhancing the website and functions, to create new features and functionality in connection with the webite, email marketing or other forms of in-house created advertising. (b) The Subscriber is solely responsible for its own Subscriber Data and the consequences of posting or publishing it on or through the email subcription / sign-up services. In connection with Subscriber Data, the Subscriber affirms, represents and warrants that the Subscriber either owns its Subscriber Data or has the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize CrisWorley.com (Cris Worley Fine Arts LLC.) to display or otherwise use the Subscriber Data under all patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets or other proprietary rights in and to your Subscriber Data in a manner consistent with the intended features of the website.
Protection of Subscriber Data.
We will maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Subscriber Data. Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of Subscriber Data by us, except (a) to provide our Services and to prevent or address service or technical problems, (b) as compelled by law in accordance with Compelled Disclosure Section below or (c) as a Subscriber or User expressly permits in writing.
Our U.S. service providers are Privacy Shield compliant or have executed Standard Contractual Clauses (as approved by the European Commission) that provide legal grounds for assuring that, when processed in the United States, the personal data of EU citizens that is processed by CrisWorley.com (Cris Worley Fine Arts LLC.). Subscribers when using the website, or receiving emails. newsletters or e-blasts from us, and our service providers located outside of the EU, an adequate level of protection adherent to the meaning of Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
We may disclose a Subscriber’s confidential information to the extent compelled by law to do so. In such instance, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Subscriber with prior notice of the compelled disclosure (to the extent legally permitted), and the Subscriber shall provide reasonable assistance, at its expense, if the Subscriber wishes to contest the disclosure. If we are compelled by law to disclose a Subscriber’s confidential information as part of a civil proceeding to which we are a party, and the Subscriber is not contesting the disclosure, the Subscriber will reimburse us for the reasonable cost of compiling and providing secure access to that confidential information.
